(Website: https://www.izicart.com/) What are we looking for: We are looking for a Flight Integration & Testing Engineer to support UAV integration, testing, troubleshooting, and field validation activities. The role involves working closely with R&D, electronics, embedded, and operations teams to ensure successful drone integration, mission readiness, and flight performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform UAV flight integration, calibration, and system testing Conduct field testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of drones Integrate flight controllers, telemetry systems, payloads, and communication modules Support autonomous mission planning and operational testing Work on RF systems, GPS-denied navigation, and EW resilience integration Coordinate with embedded, mechanical, and production teams during testing phases Maintain testing reports, logs, SOPs, and validation documentation Identify system issues and support rapid prototyping and R&D improvements Ensure compliance with safety and operational testing standards Required Skills: Hands-on experience in drone/UAV integration and testing Strong understanding of flight controllers and telemetry systems Knowledge of RF communication systems and payload integration Understanding of autonomous drone operations and mission planning Experience in field testing and debugging UAV systems Ability to work in fast-paced R&D and prototyping environments Good analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with GPS-denied navigation systems Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) resilience systems Familiarity with Ardupilot, PX4, or similar flight stacks Knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Robotics, Embedded systems or related fields.
