Executive/Sr. Executive - Board Machine Process

Job description Qualification: Bachelor of Applied Science or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize production, reduce waste, and increase yield. Technology & Equipment Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend upgrades or modifications to machinery, equipment, and technologies used in pulp and paper production. Stay updated on industry advancements to drive continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure final pulp and paper products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the production process. Conduct risk assessments, participate in safety audits, and contribute to the development of safety protocols. Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving: Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations, failures, and incidents. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
