As a Market Life Science professional at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in handling advanced facilities for the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Microelectronics sectors, along with their associated R&D facilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of schematic layouts based on process equipment per PFD and process data input - Space planning considering equipment sizes, logical movement of personnel, materials, washing, and waste within production facilities - Ability to generate multiple options with minimal inputs, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and final validation standards - Expertise in Plasma fractionation, Cell and Gene Therapy, Bio Pharma facilities, including Vaccines, Hormones, Monoclonal antibodies, and Therapeutic Enzymes - Designing new facility types and Micro Electronics facilities such as OSATs, FAB buildings, and associated CUP, site utilities - Presenting production facility concepts to clients, offering various options, material handling concepts, utility options, and site master planning - Authoring personnel gowning requirements and incorporating safety measures in design - Leading sustainability efforts and assigning components to stakeholders - Acting as an individual contributor during feasibility, concept, and basic phases using visualization and presentation tools - Knowledge of chemicals, solvents, and their impact on statutory compliance and building architecture - Familiarity with codes such as NBC, CCOE, Factory Inspector, GMP, EU guidelines, IBC, IFC, and solvent compliance codes - Thorough understanding of Cleanroom details, fabrication process coordination, and design leadership during project phases Additionally, you will need a full-time B. Arch from an institute recognized by COA India, registered with the Council of Architecture India.
