Lead Engineer-Plumbing

Your impact Role Overview Jacobs is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lead Engineer to support and lead the delivery of complex Life Sciences projects, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, biotech facilities, cleanrooms, and R&D laboratories. This role requires expertise in clean utilities, critical piping systems, and GMP-regulated environments, along with leadership in multidisciplinary coordination and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design and engineering of plumbing and public health systems, including Domestic water systems (hot/cold) Laboratory and process waste systems Clean utilities (WFI, purified water, clean steam, compressed gases interface coordination) Specialty systems (acid waste, neutralization systems) Ensure system designs comply with GMP, FDA, ISPE, USP, and international codes. Develop detailed engineering deliverables including calculations, layouts, specifications, and P&IDs (as applicable).
