Senior BI / Data Analytics Tech Lead. Senior BI / Data Analytics Tech Lead.1 Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design and development of data pipelines, data models, and BI solutions. Provide architectural guidance for Snowflake-based data platform development. Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and BI reporting. Solution Delivery Oversee development of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and paginated reports. Design scalable dbt-based data transformation models within Snowflake. Implement CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, IT, Fulfillment, and Executive teams. Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions. Team Leadership Provide technical mentorship to BI developers and data engineers. Ensure adherence to coding standards, development practices, and data governance guidelines. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and development activities. Platform Oversight Ensure efficient integration of automation and orchestration tools including: Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Power Automate Workflow orchestration tools Required Technical Skills (High Proficiency) Snowflake Power BI Paginated Reports Power BI Datasets & Data Modeling Azure DevOps dbt (Data Build Tool) Moderate Proficiency Power Automate Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Python scripting Implement Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks.
