Oracle Fusion Solution Architect & Managed Services Lead1Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect & Managed Services Lead Experience: 12+ Years Location: Pune /Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect & Managed Services Lead to drive Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Services (AMS/RTB) for a global US-based customer. The ideal candidate will combine solid Oracle Fusion functional and technical expertise with team leadership, service delivery management, and customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Service Delivery - Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Oracle Functional Consultants, OIC Developers, Reporting Analysts, and Support Engineers. - Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence. - Act as the primary customer-facing lead and escalation point for critical incidents and service issues. - Drive resource planning, team development, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Solution Architecture - Provide architecture leadership across Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management), Subscription Management, and Advanced Collections. - Review and govern solution designs, integrations, extensions, security controls, and best practices. - Support enterprise processes including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Integration & Technical Leadership - Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations. - Manage integrations with Salesforce CPQ/Apttus, Zuora Billing & RevPro, MuleSoft, Concur, Avalara, YayPay, CyberSource, Adyen, Bank of America, and JPM Chase. - Resolve complex integration, synchronization, and data integrity challenges. Reporting, Governance & Automation - Lead reporting initiatives using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). - D .
