About the role
As an Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant, your role involves implementing and supporting Oracle GTM solutions across global trade operations. You will be configuring various GTM modules such as Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Trade Compliance, License Management, Customs Management, Product Classification, Trade Agreement Management, and Supply Chain Collaboration. Your responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into Oracle GTM functional solutions, configuring trade compliance rules, screening policies, and customs workflows. You will also support denied/restricted party screening, embargo compliance processes, and manage Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and product classification setups. Collaboration with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and finance teams is crucial. Integration of Oracle GTM with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), ERP, WMS, and third-party customs systems is expected. Testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials. Supporting audit, regulatory, and trade compliance reporting requirements, providing end-user training, and post-go-live support are also essential. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions - Configure GTM modules including Restricted Party Screening, Trade Compliance, License Management, Customs Management, Product Classification, and more - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle GTM functional solutions - Configure trade compliance rules, screening policies, and customs workflows - Support denied/restricted party screening and embargo compliance processes - Manage Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and product classification setups - Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and finance teams - Integrate Oracle GTM with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), ERP, WMS, and third-party customs systems - Conduct testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials - Support audit, regulatory, and trade compliance reporting requirements - Provide end-user training and post-go-live support Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) - Knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations - Experience in Restricted Party Screening, Import/Export Compliance, Product Classification, License Determination, and Trade Documentation - Experience integrating GTM with Oracle OTM, ERP Cloud, EBS, or external systems - Understanding of global logistics and supply chain processes - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge of XML, integration concepts, and web services is preferred Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Business, or related field - Oracle GTM/OTM certification preferred - Experience in global trade compliance or customs operations - Familiarity with trade regulations such as EAR, ITAR, OFAC, Customs & Border Protection (CBP), EU export compliance regulations - Experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle SCM solutions Experience: - 412 years of Oracle SCM/Trade Management experience - Minimum 25 years of Oracle GTM implementation or support experience Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) - Knowledge of EDI, APIs, and middleware integrations - Exposure to Agile/Scrum project delivery - Understanding of global shipping and freight operations As an Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant, your role involves implementing and supporting Oracle GTM solutions across global trade operations.
