Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – EBS & Fusion

Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – EBS & Fusion4 Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes .

Implement and support Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion .

Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, MD050, MD070 .

Work with technical teams to develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows) .

Support data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud where applicable.

Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT support .

Provide production support and issue resolution for SCM modules.

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics .

Train end users and prepare user manuals and process documentation .

Required Modules Oracle EBS SCM Strong experience in some or most of the following: Purchasing (PO)

Inventory (INV)

Order Management (OM)

iProcurement

Advanced Pricing

Shipping Execution

Bill of Materials (BOM)

Work in Process (WIP)

Cost Management

Oracle Fusion SCM Experience in the following modules: Fusion Procurement

Fusion Inventory Management

Fusion Order Management

Product Management

Supply Planning (optional)

Manufacturing (optional)

Cost Management

Required Skills Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes : Procure to Pay (P2P)

Order to Cash (O2C)

Inventory Management

Manufacturing processes

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation/support projects .

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support .

Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments .

Knowledge of integration between SCM and Finance modules .

Ability to support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting .

Preferred Skills Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects .

Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reports .

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .

Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations .

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT

MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred)

Certifications (Good to Have) Oracle Fusion SCM Certification

Oracle EBS SCM Certification

Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Documentation and presentation skills
