Role Snapshot Role - Junior Consultant / Associate Solution Consultant Experience - Fresh graduate or 1+ year of IT experience Competence - Set up web-based solutions; communication with clients Main Collaboration - PS Team (Client / Partner) OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: Support delivery by validating technical feasibility and helping optimize solution design Assist with drafting solution design documents and participating in solution build activities Build positive working relationships with the Professional Services team, clients, and partners Understand project management needs, project tasks, and deliverables Engage with Professional Services stakeholders and relevant internal teams to update processes and documentation Contribute to process improvement and delivery efficiency Learn existing and emerging technologies and JAGGAER products on a regular basis Provide feedback to help improve solution delivery Responsibilities Develop an understanding of existing JAGGAER solutions and IT infrastructure to support the delivery of client solutions Identify, interpret, and document customer requirements; communicate with customers and partners to understand expectations and clarify needs Support the hands-on development of 'as is / to be' process models, solution architecture diagrams, and solution design documents Participate as a project delivery team member in the design and implementation of solutions spanning business processes and JAGGAER solutions Help ensure recommended solutions can be successfully implemented across JAGGAER customer environments and technical landscapes Communicate with technical and business team members, client stakeholders, and partners in a clear and professional manner Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate problem areas Work primarily with the Professional Services team, clients, and partners; interact with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams as needed Support process and documentation updates within Professional Services Share customer feedback and observations with relevant internal teams to support product and delivery improvements Position Requirements SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year of IT experience are encouraged to apply Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline is preferred Basic understanding of web-based solutions, SaaS technologies, operating systems, and databases Ability and willingness to set up web-based solutions and learn JAGGAER product configuration Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational and collaboration skills Analytical and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies A great listener with the ability to communicate professionally with people in diverse roles, including clients, partners, technical teams, and internal stakeholders Previous project management, business analysis, software delivery, or customer-facing IT experience is a plus Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
