About the role
As an HR Implementation professional at Jain Group, your role will involve leading the digital transformation of HR processes using Zoho People. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the configuration and rollout of Zoho People modules such as Attendance, Leave, Performance, Recruitment, and other HR functions to align with organizational requirements. - Integrating Zoho HR with Zoho Payroll, Zoho CRM, and third-party applications as needed. - Analyzing and mapping existing HR workflows to Zoho's digital framework with a focus on continuous improvement. You will also be required to: - Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies in HR operations and recommend technology-enabled solutions. - Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making related to employee performance, engagement, and retention. - Monitor and interpret system data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and return on investment for HR technology initiatives. Additionally, your role will involve: - Collaborating with HR, IT, Finance teams, and external Zoho consultants to manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Handling data migration, testing, and go-live support with precision and attention to detail. - Ensuring project documentation and process audit trails are well-maintained. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in HR system implementation with hands-on expertise in Zoho People and/or Zoho One. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Knowledge of Indian statutory HR compliance and process automation. - Proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem. Knowledge of Deluge scripting or custom workflows is an added advantage.
