Job Title QA Engineer (Quality Assurance Engineer) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web, mobile, and software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and provide a seamless user experience. The candidate should be able to identify bugs, document issues, and work closely with developers and project managers to resolve them. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements. Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Perform Manual Testing of web and mobile applications. Identify, document, and track software defects. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. Conduct functional, usability, integration, and system testing. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Ensure applications meet quality and performance standards. Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation. Participate in requirement review and project discussions. Required Skills Robust understanding of Software Testing concepts. Experience in Manual Testing. Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Basic understanding of APIs and database testing is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field. Freshers with strong testing knowledge can apply. 13 years of QA/Software Testing experience preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in Mobile App Testing (Android/iOS). Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium is an advantage. Understanding of API testing tools like Postman.
