Biomedical Support Engineer Janitri is a leading medical device startup solving problems in maternal and child healthcare globally. About the position: We at Janitri try to give the best experience to customers, for following this oath we are looking for someone who can be the front end of us and maintain the customer relationship. Providing support and solutions, giving best service experience is what this position demands. Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Walk customers through the process of installing the software on their machines and starting up the program for the first time 2. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. 3. Identifying hardware and software solutions. 4. Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem 5. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. 6. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts. 7. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. 8. Assume visit to customer's places in case of necessity 9. Testing and evaluating new technologies. # of Positions available: 2 Desired Skills ● Biomedical Engineer ● Good with communication and convincing skills ● Willing to travel extensively ● Who is comfortable with multiple languages (Preferred) ● Can join us immediately CTC- Upto 4.6 LPA + Travelling Allowances
