Job Description: Solution Architect Department: IT & Services Reports To: CTO Effective Date: 05-May-2026 Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Enterprise Networking, Linux Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data Center Technologies, Virtualization, Storage, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). Technical Skills Required Networking Enterprise Routing & Switching Data Center Networking BGP, OSPF, MPLS SD-WAN Technologies Network Security Architecture Cisco Enterprise & Data Center Solutions Linux & Virtualization Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Linux Administration & Automation VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN Hyper-V & KVM Server Clustering & High Availability Cloud Technologies AWS Architecture & Services Microsoft Azure Hybrid Cloud Solutions Containers & Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Data Center & Infrastructure Enterprise Storage Solutions SAN & NAS Technologies Backup & Disaster Recovery High-Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastructure AI Compute Platforms & GPU-based Solutions Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Preferred: Master's Degree is an added advantage. Professional Experience Minimum 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure. Minimum 5+ years in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience. Certifications Mandatory Certifications CCIE RHCE AWS Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) Preferred Certifications CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) VMware VCP / VCAP Azure Solutions Architect Expert OEM Certifications from Dell, HPE, NetApp, or NVIDIA
