We are seeking an ambitious, systems-oriented Python & Automation Engineering Intern to develop process automations, optimize complex workflows, and build scalable data pipelines. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design, develop, and deploy Python scripts to automate complex operational workflows, HR processes, and recurring business tasks. 2. Build and maintain specialized web scraping bots for data extraction, email scraping, and lead generation. 3. Integrate third-party tools, platforms, and services using REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow across systems. 4. Develop automated tracking and reporting frameworks using Google Sheets and Excel APIs. 5. Collect, clean, and structure raw datasets into accurate, high-integrity formats for organizational use. 6. Test, debug, and continuously optimize active scripts to improve execution speed, reliability, error handling, and overall performance. 7. Develop reusable automation systems and maintain clear technical documentation for all deployed workflows. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and develop automated software solutions. 9. Monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure consistent performance and timely issue resolution.
