We are seeking a DBA to manage database performance, backups, and security. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain database systems ensuring high availability and security. itor database performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies. Manage backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure data integrity, access control, and role-based permissions. Develop scripts for automation of database operations. Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries and schema. Perform regular up , patching, and capacity planning. Skills Expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or goDB. Knowledge of database architecture, replication, and clustering. Performance tuning and query optimization. Backup and recovery management. Strong understanding of data security and compliance. Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Database Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. Certifications in Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, goDB preferred. Additional training in data security is an advantage.
