IT Head

We are looking for a skilled IT Head to lead our technology team and drive innovation in Jeelani Marine Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT operations, developing strategies, and implementing solutions that enhance business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the company's goals. Manage and maintain all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through technology. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking within the tech team. Job Requirements Proven experience as an IT Head or similar senior leadership role in a technology-driven organization. Strong understanding of current technologies, trends, and emerging innovations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines for IT projects. Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance and analytics.
