Architectural Draftsman

As an Architectural Draftsman / Architectural CAD Technician, you will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, coordination drawings, and project documentation for healthcare and other infrastructure projects. Your role will be based at the Head Office in Zirakpur but will also require regular travel to project sites for coordination, measurements, and execution support. - Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, toilet layouts, and detailed working drawings. - Develop GFC drawings, tender drawings, and coordination drawings. - Review site measurements and update drawings as required. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams. - Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and issue logs. - Support BOQ preparation and project execution activities. - Ensure compliance with architectural drafting standards and project requirements. - Visit project locations for site inspections and coordination whenever required. Qualification Required: - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
