AVP, Quality & Test Automation Engineer - IB Tech & CRM/Analytics

Job Summary: We are seeking a handson Quality Test Automation Engineer, AVP with strong STLC, Java, JavaScript, API knowledge who will help us in building our end-to-end test automation scripts. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building implementation of frontend, backend, API, ETL/Data Migration, mobile / iPad test automation. Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in Agile work cultureDevelop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specificationsCoordinate with project stakeholders, including Product Owners and Developers, to define testing scope, objectives, and timelinesDesign and maintain test environments, including test data creation and managementMonitor and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closureCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality and integrationsConduct regression testing to ensure stability of the system after changes or enhancementsProvide regular status updates on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect status, and risk assessmentEnsure project deliverables are completed within stipulated time with highest quality without defect leakages to higher workplaceParticipate in project planning, resource management, allocations and assignments creating fungible resources across concurrent projectsAllocate and coordinate test schedules, work, and resource plans, managing own deliverables and that of others to meet delivery timelinesParticipate and guide team members on quality assurance principles including inspections, walkthroughs and brainstorming of requirements to detect early defects in requirements, technical design and solutionsHandson testing applications and detecting defects.
