About the role
- Experience with Informatica Platform and knowledge of Informatica best practices for Informatica PowerCenter, Data Transformation and Informatica B2B Data Exchange products. - Excellent working knowledge of a variety of currently used programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL - Strong in Informatica design concepts using its products. - Proficient in Creating Mappings, workflows and implementing ETL concepts. - Experience in PowerCenter Developer with Data Transformation Studio and Developer Studio - Robust ETL and data modelling experience - Intermediate Knowledge in Java programming language is required. - Experience in development of database processes using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL - UNIX and/or Windows environments - Scripting such as Shell, Perl - Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) - Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) - Distributed Software Architecture - Agile and Waterfall methodologies; requirements gathering and creating flow diagrams - Strong proficiency in database interfacing and relational database management systems (RDBMS such as Oracle or similar). - Expert knowledge of Object Oriented and procedural languages. .
