SSIS & SQL Developer

As a SQL Developer with 4 years of relevant work experience or in a similar role, your key responsibilities will include: - Strong experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) development. - Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database development. - Good understanding of the Insurance domain, preferably Claims processing. - Experience working in Agile Scrum environments with knowledge of Scrum roles and ceremonies. - Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for workload tracking and documentation. - Robust knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and indexing. - Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts is a plus. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proficiency in SQL, including T-SQL for Microsoft SQL Server or PL/SQL for Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Certifications in database management (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) is a plus.
