About the role
Design and development of product features to introduce new functionalities and expand existing functionalities. Research, evaluate and implement suitable design patterns technologies required for software development. Development of software tools for configuring, monitoring and managing systems. Ensuring code quality, troubleshooting bugs, automatization, participating in and leading code reviews. Requirements: 2- 6 years of experience in Systems Software with focus on Storage/ IO/ File Systems. Excellent problem solving skills and programming skills in C/ C++. Excellent understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies. Knowledge of VMware vSphere and multiple public clouds is preferred. Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering products on schedule. Excellent testing and debugging skills. Preferred Additional Experience and Skills: Experience of developing software for VMware vSphere environments, cloud environments including object stores. Experience in Python programming, developing RESTful API servers. Experience working in startup environment with geographically distributed teams. Experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.
