Senior Software Test Engineer

As a Senior Software Test Engineer at JiBe, you will be responsible for the following: - Understand the Test plan and report the progress - Participate in technical reviews - Run test stages through the entire project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet quality objectives and delivery timescales - Adhere to reporting requirements and guidelines - Understand application testing requirements and test strategy - Create and maintain test-related documentation - Implement agile methodology and practices - Implement test automation using Selenium webdriver - Resolve challenges and application limitations in automation Qualifications required for this role: - BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications - Experience in Windows/Cloud/Mobile platforms would be advantageous - Strong experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium webdriver - At least 3 years of industry experience in manual/automation testing using Java around angular Js applications, API calls, TDD - Test Automation experience in designing framework with a preference for Javascript - Design and implement reusable automated test framework for continuous integration and regression testing - Self-starter with proactive and highly motivated attitude - Good analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of testing trends and development - Nice to have experience in Agile teams and source code management using Git - Ability to think logically and excellent listening and questioning skills - Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work well as a team player - Good communication skills and proactive knowledge transfer Join JiBe and contribute directly to our team's growth and impact in the shipping industry with our cloud-based ERP system.
