About the role
Job title: Lead Consultant / Solutions Architect/ Oracle EPM DI Location: Remote Shift: EST time zone We are seeking a Lead Consultant / Solutions Architect with 8 to 10 years of deep expertise in enterprise data integration and Oracle EPM ecosystems . In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and supporting complex data exchange architectures across Oracle Cloud EPM modules. You will manage project timelines, bridge technical data structures with financial business objectives, and guide junior staff to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within budget and on schedule . Key Responsibiliti esIntegration Architecture & DevelopmentEnd-to-End Data Exchange: Design and implement robust integrations extracting metadata and data from ERP source systems (direct integrations) or files, pushing them to target EPM applications.Source-to-Target Pipelines: Build seamless integrations from General Ledger (GL) and Close applications to Oracle Cloud, linking subledgers (AR, AP, FA) and Transaction Matching sources.Advanced Automation: Architect automated EPM batch processes and scheduled jobs using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and command-line scripting.On-Premises Connectivity: Deploy the EPM Integration Agent to connect cloud applications securely with on-premises databases.Reporting & System ConfigurationFinancial Reporting: Develop and maintain sophisticated corporate reports using Oracle Financial Reporting and Narrative Reporting suites.EPBCS Design: Configure core Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) components, including custom workflow patterns, approval structures, and metadata models.Quality Assurance: Lead unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles to ensure extreme calculation and data accuracy.Client Management & Team LeadershipRequirement Transformation: Lead workshops with client leadership, capture complex business requests, and translate them into functional and technical documentation.Project Delivery: Track project plans, milestones, risks, and issue logs, ensuring teams deliver obligations under tight client timelines.Mentorship & Quality: Review team deliverables for strict quality control while coaching and training junior consulting staf f. Required Qualifications & Essential Ski llsTechnical ExpertiseExperience: 810 years of experience in administration, design, development, and support of Hyperion/EPM suites, data warehousing, and Oracle Cloud (Fusion) architectures.Core Systems: Proven hands-on delivery of multiple enterprise-level EPBCS implementations.Integration Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Data Management and integrating EPM with ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, PeopleSoft).Scripting Mastery: High proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Windows Batch, or Linux Shell Scripting) to manage custom automation.Office & Productivity: Expert skills across MS Office (Excel modeling, Word, PowerPoint) and collaborative unified communication tools.Personal Attributes & Operational AlignmentTime Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours to guarantee overlapping coverage across EST, CST, and PST business hours.Resilience & Ethics: A mature, self-confident approach to leading teams under daily deadline pressures while maintaining confidentiality and absolute data integrity.Consultative Growth: Proactive dedication to mastering all peripheral Oracle EPM products while applying structured methodologies to address customer goa ls.
