Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-Time Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage Workday integrations across various enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Workday integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Design, develop, and implement integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to optimize integration solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Conduct impact analysis for Workday updates and recommend necessary integration modifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Workday integration developers. Document integration processes, best practices, and technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Workday Integration development. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs). Knowledge of XSLT, XML, JSON, and middleware technologies. Experience with Workday Security, Workday Business Processes, and Report Writer. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Workday Integration certification (preferred).
