About the role
Jio is hiring for the role of Apprentice Engineer! Responsibilities of the Apprentice: To ensure first-level proactive and reactive maintenance. Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA. To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first-level operations and investigate faults/cause related. Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC center. To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions. Requirements: Knowledge of Domain Mandatory. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
