Solution Architect -Cloud Lead - Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will lead a big team of cloud engineers, cloud solution architects, and manage overall delivery and managed services at customer sites. Your responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a solid collaboration with business, providing technical guidance to the team, acting as a single point of contact for various cloud and IT infrastructure aspects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, developing technical roadmaps, and participating in pre-sales activities. Additionally, you will monitor progress of IT infrastructure setup, guide the team for timely issue resolution, and provide guidance on cloud-related technologies and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of cloud engineers and cloud solution architects - Establish and maintain collaboration with business and customers - Provide technical guidance, ensure timely issue closure, and promote automation and agility - Act as a single point of contact for Cloud, On-premises IT infrastructure, and Azure cloud setup - Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for Azure cloud solutions - Coordinate with IT infrastructure administrators for implementation and commissioning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure scalable, highly available, and cost-effective solutions - Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs and best practices - Provide guidance on cloud-related technologies, trends, and customized solutions - Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical demonstrations - Monitor progress of IT infrastructure setup and guide the team for issue resolution Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science - At least 13-16 years of experience in leading a team of cloud engineers and cloud solution architects - Strong knowledge of data center, on-premises, private cloud, Azure cloud, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and hyper-converged infrastructure - Strong knowledge of software-defined storage and software-defined networking - Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance - Experience with agile development methodologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Certifications in Azure cloud technologies are a plus Role Overview: You will lead a big team of cloud engineers, cloud solution architects, and manage overall delivery and managed services at customer sites.
