ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer Location: PAN India (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 57 Years About the Role We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to join a leading enterprise technology project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), platform customization, integrations, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications. Develop solutions for Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Agile Development, and Investment Funding. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows. Build REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server. Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, dashboards, reports, and automation. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support. Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices. Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides. Support deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments using Update Sets. Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills 57 years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . Experience with: Demand Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Resource Management Strategic Planning Agile Development Strong knowledge of: JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies Flow Designer IntegrationHub Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, Update Sets, and deployment processes. Familiarity with ITSM and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) (Preferred) Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
