Role Key Objective To support and maintain the technology platforms and data ecosystems that enable effective, accurate, and compliant service delivery across regional operations. Job Summary The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the digital platforms and workflows underpinning regional service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, the Technology Business Analyst ensures system integrity, data quality, and user access are maintained to the highest standard. They partner with operational teams across functions to resolve technical issues, manage approval workflows, and govern user data ensuring platforms remain reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Systems Analysis & Support Perform daily preventative maintenance monitoring across all active digital trackers and platforms Triage and resolve user-submitted support tickets across all supported processes and work applications Data Quality Management Process data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows Maintain and update reference data and dropdown configurations across platforms to reflect current operational requirements Licenses and Access Management Support Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and accurate provision .
