Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the lead administrator for enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS across on-premises and Azure cloud environments. - Leading the migration of SSRS reports and infrastructure from SQL Server to Databricks while ensuring data integrity and business continuity. - Designing and implementing governance policies covering audit logs, data source connections, and information protection across all BI environments. - Directing tenant-wide configuration management including workspace administration, licensing provisioning, and organizational settings. - Architecting and enforcing data security and compliance protocols across platforms, conducting access reviews and audit log analysis. - Developing and executing strategies for OS upgrades, automation of migration processes, and system management tasks. - Monitoring and optimizing BI platform performance, identifying and resolving connectivity and user activity bottlenecks. - Mentoring junior administrators and business units, establishing best practices, and providing training on BI platform features. Qualifications for this role include: - 8-10 years of overall experience with 5+ years in enterprise BI administration or analytics engineering. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS in enterprise environments. - Strong expertise in tenant configuration, automation scripting, compliance management, and platform migrations. - Proficiency in hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructure, Azure integration, and Windows Server OS upgrades. - Experience with AI-driven analytics features in BI platforms and stakeholder management skills.
