Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist

As a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist at JLL Technologies in Bangalore, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of real estate through your leadership in administering and strategically directing enterprise BI platforms. Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead administrator for enterprise BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS in both on-premises and Azure cloud environments. - Lead the migration of SSRS reports and infrastructure to Databricks from SQL Server while ensuring data integrity and business continuity. - Design and implement governance policies encompassing audit logs, data source connections, and information protection across all BI environments. - Manage tenant-wide configuration including workspace administration, licensing provisioning, and organizational settings. - Architect and enforce data security and compliance protocols, including access reviews and audit log analysis. - Develop and implement strategies for OS upgrades, automate migration processes, and manage system tasks. - Monitor and optimize BI platform performance, identifying and resolving connectivity and user activity bottlenecks. - Mentor junior administrators and business units, establish best practices, and offer training on BI platform features.
