Workday Support Analyst Engineering Technology Team Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Support Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimisation of the Workday system, ensuring a seamless user experience for HR, managers, and employees across the UK, US, and India. You will act as the first point of contact for Workday-related queries, support system enhancements, and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to improve processes and data integrity. Requirements Key Responsibilities Workday Support Maintenance Provide first- and second-line support for Workday-related issues and queries Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality User Support Training Act as the primary contact for Workday users across all regions Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials Deliver training sessions to HR teams and end users as needed HRIS Administration Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Workday Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes Assist with security roles and access management Reporting Analytics Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools Support HR and leadership with data insights and dashboards Ensure data consistency across reports and systems System Enhancements Projects Support Workday releases, updates, and testing (UAT) Partner with HR and IT to identify opportunities for process improvement Assist in implementing new modules, features, or integrations Compliance Governance Ensure data handling aligns with GDPR and other regional regulations Support audit activities and documentation requirements Key Skills Experience Essential: Experience supporting or administering Workday (or similar HRIS) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working with HR systems and processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to support global stakeholders Desirable: Experience with Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Compensation, Reporting) Familiarity with integrations and data flows between systems Experience supporting a multi-country workforce (UK, US, India preferred) Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance requirements Personal Attributes Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Customer-focused and responsive Collaborative and able to work across teams and time zones Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach Other information Behavioural Competencies Proactive and accountable in driving platform readiness Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity Strong collaborator across engineering and consulting teams Committed to continuous improvement and learning Professional, reliable, and delivery-focused Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
