Hiring: Senior SAP EAM Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: Rotational (6:00 AM 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM 6:00 AM) Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred We are hiring an experienced Senior SAP EAM Consultant to join one of our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP PM configuration, maintenance execution, asset management, and cross-functional integration within SAP S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support SAP EAM/PM solutions across the project lifecycle.Perform technical configuration, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.Manage maintenance processes, including notifications, work orders, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.Maintain and govern asset master data, including Functional Locations, Equipment, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Task Lists.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EAM with MM, PP, QM, PS, and FI/CO modules.Support fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, data migration, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.Work with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and mobile maintenance execution tools.Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and project teams. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.Strong experience in SAP EAM configuration and production support.Expertise in notification management, work order processing, preventive and predictive maintenance.Experience with Functional Locations, Equipment Master, BOMs, and Task Lists.Strong knowledge of SAP integration with MM, PP, QM, PS, and FI/CO.Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Applications.Exposure to data migration, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, testing, and hypercare support.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on project requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Mobile Maintenance solutions.Knowledge of SAP implementation and transformation projects.Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
