Lead capacity enhancement projects across Press Shop, Fabrication Shop, Gear Shop etc Drive cycle time reduction, motion study, line balancing, and manpower optimization. Lead Brownfield expansion projects and manufacturing process improvements. Required Candidate profile Improve OEE, productivity, throughput, and plant capacity. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Projects
