Urgent opening for the profile of Mechanical Design Engineer at location Thane. Experience: min 3 years(Must have experience in Solidwork). Industry Experience: Furnaces Industry or heavy machinery manufacturing industry Qualification:Diploma & Degree In Mechanical. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems as per project requirements. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks. Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments for design implementation. Conduct design modifications and continuous improvement activities. Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required. Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and prepare detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings. Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality standards. Update drawings based on site feedback and engineering changes. Maintain document control and drawing revision history.
