HRIS Data Load & Technical Expert Key Requirement Summary We are looking for a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical expert responsible for HR data management, reporting, and integrations. Core Skills Required: Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) Strong reporting skills using: BI Publisher (BIP) OTBI Good understanding of HR data structures & HR processes Experience in data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting Good to Have: Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) HCM Extracts / integrations Experience with ServiceNow / ticketing tools Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage HR data loads and mass updates Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and issue resolution Build and maintain HR reports & dashboards Support HR data integrations and extracts Provide L2 technical support for HRIS issues Ensure data governance and compliance
