UIpath developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing technical specifications for RPA (Uipath) that meet the requirements and handle all the non-functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart, and recovery. Additionally, you will be developing and configuring automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. You will also collaborate with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality. Furthermore, you will mentor junior developers and perform code reviews for quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document - Work on coding complicated automations or reusable components - Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles - Comply with and help enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures - Ensure documentation is well maintained - Perform thorough unit testing to ensure quality of coded components - Report status, issues, and risks to tech leads regularly - Improve skills in automation products by completing automation certification - Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews for quality control Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science Additional Information: - 5-8 years of IT experience with a good understanding of programming concepts - Background in any coding language (.Net, Java) - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in RPA with a minimum of 3 RPA implementations - Understanding of development methodology and lifecycle - Trained on RPA tools (Uipath) - Self-motivated, team player, action and results-oriented - Well-organized with good communication and reporting skills.
