About the role
The Software Engineer II (Fullstack) will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing applications that enable users to configure, manage, and optimize digital experiences. The role requires strong technical execution, collaboration, and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Java Spring Boot, and Python.
Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for search, merchandising, analytics, and reporting workflows.
Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs to support customer-facing platform capabilities.
Create and maintain Python-based services and data pipelines that support analytics and customer insights.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following modern engineering practices.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and development planning.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to improving application reliability and performance.
Identify opportunities to enhance developer productivity, application quality, and system scalability.
Take ownership of features from initial design through deployment and continuous improvement.
Contribute to building customer-focused solutions that improve usability and overall product experience.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has professional experience developing modern full-stack applications and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. They should demonstrate strong programming skills, collaboration abilities, and an ownership mindset.

3–6 years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience with Java and backend application development using Spring Boot.

Experience building modern web applications with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

Experience using Python for automation, backend development, or data processing workflows.

Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software development practices.

Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
