Sr. Manager - BFSI, Field Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager - BFSI, Field Engineering based in India. This leadership role focuses on building and scaling a high-performing Field Engineering organization within the Data & AI space, with a strong emphasis on strategic BFSI customers. You will lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, driving value-based technical selling and deep customer engagement across complex enterprise accounts. The role combines team leadership, solution architecture oversight, and direct executive-level customer interaction. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market execution, strengthening customer trust, and accelerating revenue impact. Operating in a fast-paced growth environment, you will help define how data and AI solutions are positioned and adopted across major financial institutions. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer success.
