About the role
Role Summary Assemble, deploy, and support servers, desktops, networking, and infrastructure solutions for growing businesses and MSME customers. Key Responsibilities Assemble desktops, workstations, and entry-level servers. Install Windows/Linux, drivers, virtualization software, and backup agents. Deploy networking equipment, firewalls, switches, and storage systems. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and basic networking issues. Assist senior engineers during HCI/SDS deployments. Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and deployment checklists. Support customer installations and onsite visits when required. Ideal Candidate Hands-on hardware knowledge. Comfortable working with PCs, servers, storage, and networking. Basic understanding of virtualization and backup concepts is a plus. Eager to learn datacenter technologies and customer support.
