About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, and clean structured and unstructured data from various sources.Analyze data using SQL queries and MongoDB aggregations to extract insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Support the development of predictive models and data pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including working with collections, documents, and aggregations.Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (optional but preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Good to Have: Experience with Python/R for data analysis.Exposure to ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.Understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.
