About the role
Position : Project Design & Estimation (Electrical) Location : Mumbai Company - Engineering firm into pharmaceutical sector Duties and Responsibilities Assisting Proposal Manager in tasks related to Projects design & estimation. Develop concept design for project including plot layout, area layout, man-material layout, classification zoning etc. Batch size calculation & Process machines selection. Preparation of utility consumption sheet & selection of Black & clean utility equipment. Design and estimation of modular cleanroom, HVAC, ELV, Flooring, Lab furniture, Lab instruments, Racking system etc. Coordination with supplier to arrange quotations. Ensure that proper engineering procedures, methods and technical solutions are utilized throughout the project design & estimation work. Contribute to Standards and Guidelines Development (Providing Project Concept notes as per latest selected guidelines), Upgrade and comply latest (world class) standards and modifications in all projects. Knowledge of cGMP, GSP, GLP, ISPE, ISO,EMA etc and good command over AutoCAD.
