Project Architect

Desired Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in preparing architectural drawings and design documentation. Understanding of applicable building regulations, development guidelines, construction methodologies, and site planning requirements. Exposure to commercial, residential, and large-scale planning projects. Working knowledge of design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate across project teams. Key Responsibilities Support the development of design concepts, schematic layouts, and presentation materials. Conduct research on relevant project references, market developments, and industry practices. Review schematic, detailed, and construction drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements. Maintain and organize design-related documentation, records, and project files. Prepare and compile project data, including area statements, development calculations, and parking analyses. Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to facilitate design development and information exchange. Contribute to internal project discussions, reviews, and presentation activities. Assist with statutory documentation, drawing submissions, approval-related processes, and associated coordination activities.
