Responsibilities Engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness Analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance Mentor analyst teams, manage complex issue escalations, and drive continuous improvement of support processes Provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency Collaborate with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence Develop operational strategies to streamline processes and drive business performance Build meaningful client connections and manage relationships to anticipate and address client needs Requirements At least a Bachelor's degree At least 4 - 8 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements within Clinical Application modules (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS) Strong problem-solving and technical expertise with Clinical Applications and utilities (reporting, security, integrations with third-party systems) Utilizing SQL Server for complex data analysis Implementing AS400 systems in healthcare environments Managing Windows Server for operational efficiency Excelling in business process improvement strategies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in optimizing operational efficiency through strategic analysis and implementation of technology solutions in healthcare environments.
