Job Description: The Lead Analyst, HR Data Operations role is responsible for providing higher level su bject matter expertise more complex workforce data analysis and maintenance on Workday HR data , and take point in HR Data projects and initiatives, as part of Global Services support . They will help drive global HR data consistency and compliance in workforce processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy.
