IT Ops Manager

As an IT Ops Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality and performance. Your responsibilities will include leading the IT operations team, managing system integrations, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with organizational goals. - Implement best practices for IT service management and ensure compliance with security standards. - Develop and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement. - Oversee the management of IT assets and resources to ensure optimal utilization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in IT operations management or a similar role. - Proven experience in leading and managing diverse IT teams. - Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to the required qualifications, the following are preferred qualifications: - Masters degree in a related field. - Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management. - Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
