About the role
As an Oracle CPQ DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our systems by providing robust support in both Oracle CPQ and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - DevOps Support: Analyze production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance. - Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner to ensure SLAs are met. - System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. - Documentation: Maintain technical documentation such as configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment processes. - Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization in CPQ processes to enhance system efficiency. - Knowledge & Experience in CPQ areas like BML scripts, Pricing rules and formulas, Configuration models, and Approval workflows. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in Oracle CPQ. - Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring tools. - Experience in incident management and root cause analysis. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Details: - Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud is preferred. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BML, and BMQL (Big Machine Language). - Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments. - Knowledge of JSON, REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations. - Certifications related to Oracle CPQ are a plus.
