About the role
As a ServiceMax Support Technical Analyst at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users and ensuring the smooth operation of ServiceMax and Salesforce systems. Your role will involve following ServiceMax best practices, enforcing data quality policies, and supporting various Salesforce and ServiceMax components. Key Responsibilities: - Support SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components, Visualforce Pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries, and web services. - Work with data from ERP systems and ETL tools like MuleSoft. - Provide technical support for ServiceMax users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and performance. - Monitor and maintain ServiceMax systems to ensure smooth operation. - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, system bugs, and technical problems. - Create and manage cases, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. - Collaborate with end-users to understand processes and provide guidance on system functionality. - Work closely with the delivery team and administrators to identify and implement system enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce implementation experience. - Minimum 2 years of ServiceMax application experience. - Minimum 3 years in Agile and DevOps development. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax application administration, security models, standard/custom objects, and more. - Experience with Data Loader tool and ServiceMax FSA/Go mobile application. - Excellent communication skills in English.
