About the role

As a Data Management Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive data management frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. You will perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather and define data requirements for reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will create and manage dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders. Providing training and support to team members on data management best practices and tools will also be part of your role. It is crucial to ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive data management frameworks - Perform complex data analyses to identify trends and insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements - Create and manage dashboards and visualizations - Provide training and support on data management best practices - Ensure compliance with data governance policies Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related field - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If you have experience in the building technology or smart buildings industry, it will be considered a plus.
