Technical Expertise: Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, JMage, Kissoft, CAD/CAE platforms). Strong understanding of software licensing and cost optimization. Proficiency in scripting/macros (Python, VBA, etc.). Familiarity with cloud computing and IT infrastructure. Administrative & Operational Skills: Tool management and maintenance (installation, updates, troubleshooting). License optimization and compliance tracking. Process automation and workflow efficiency improvements. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide training and support to global teams. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience with simulation tools and engineering platforms.
