Solution Design: Design and propose solutions tailored to the client's needs, which may involve customizing T24 to support private wealth management services. System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of T24 for private wealth management, including configuration, data migration, and system integration. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure efficient and effective use of the T24 platform. User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users and client teams on how to use and manage T24 effectively. Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and conduct testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system functions correctly. Data Analysis: Analyze data and reporting requirements, creating customized reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure that T24 implementations comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards related to private wealth management. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to T24 within the private wealth management environment. Troubleshooting: Identify and address issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
